Artit Paint Brush Set

Paint Brush Set 1PAINT ON THE GO

~ What ~
Made of synthetic nylon, this set of twelve 7 to 8-inch paint brushes can be used for water, acrylic, and oil painting. Enclosed are round, pointed, angular, flat, and fan to name a few. Also included is a white plastic palette with 6 paint holders, 4 mixing areas, and 1 thumb hole. Both the brushes and palette fit into a black zippered canvas carrying tote.

~ Why ~Paint Brush Set 2
Having a degree in art, I paint with oils and am always in need of paintbrushes that do not shed, leave hair on the canvas, or are hard to clean. This selection of brushes is a nice set for the beginner with its wide array of brush styles. I like that the palette is also added although I do not use one. With the carrying bag having elastic holders for each separate brush and a mesh pocket with elastic for the palette, it makes it simple to zip up and take anywhere.

~ Why Not ~
Some artists are very picky when it comes to their brushes and only select sable or real hair brushes, not nylon, so they will pass on these as they are not high-end but decently priced.

~ Wish ~
I wish the solid black canvas tote had a design or splash of color as many would be happy to show it off if it did.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for an inexpensive set of paint brushes for the novice painter, this one will not set you back too much and comes in a complete ready-to-go storage case with a small palette.

Thanks to Artit for this discounted product that I am freely evaluating.
