NioChef 5-in-1 Kitchen Grater

Grater 1ALL-IN-ONE SLICER

~ What ~
Made of stainless steel with a neon green plastic casing, this complete mandolin slicer comes with 5 different cutting blades plus a box that stores them, an ergonomic removable handle, food holder, container, and a peeler. The blades included are 1 grate, 2 julienne, and 2 slicers. Visual instructions are on the outside of the gift box.

~ Why ~Grater 2
I do not like cutting or grating veggies or cheese, but with this complete unit, I never have to touch the food. I like how the grater/slicer can worrk when on the container as a lid, or I can use it by itself. Swapping out the blades is easy by pushing down on part of the blade and popping it out of its holder, then snapping another one in its place. The container itself measures 11.8 by 3 by 6.7 inches so can hold the 5 blades in their box plus all other items. The food holder and peeler are nice bonuses.

~ Why Not ~
Those who do not make their own food may not need this handy tool for slicing or grating. Others may not like how small the peeler is at 5 inches long by 2 inches wide, but it is not the focal point of the product.

~ Wish ~
It would be nice if there were an additional lid that could snap on the container. Having a longer-handled peeler would be thoughtful.

~ Want ~
If you want a complete mandolin slicer that has adjustable blades and extra perks, get this one.

Thanks to NioChef for this discounted product that I am evaluating freely.
