Hitop Tan & Brown Reversible Poncho

tan-brown-poncho-jeREVERSIBLE PONCHO

~ What ~
Made of Acrylic, this women’s tan and brown poncho is wide enough that it ends at the three-quarter length on the arms and stops above the knee. Available in one color, it has a carmel color on one side with a mocha brown color on the other side. It measures 43 by 53 inches, including the 4-inch tassels that are located around three of the five edges. It is recommended to be hand washed in cold water and air dried or dry cleaned. No cleaning instructions are included.

~ Why ~
This is a breathable knitted poncho that has a slit down the center so no putting it over the head to wear. I love how it can be worn with the tan showing or reversed, so the brown is displayed. Also, there are many ways it can be worn, so both colors show such as with an opposing collar or not. The fabric is a little stretchy, pliable, and see-through when held up to the light. I like that the tassels that have both colors weaved throughout.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like the color scheme or straight pattern, but it could be tied with a belt to give it shape.  Others may not like that the fabric is not as soft or thick as other ponchos or that it is somewhat see-through. Due to the knit, a small loop may get caught and pulled in the cloth.

~ Wish ~
With only one color option, I wish more colors were available. It would be helpful if the online information was accurate and included more details for the deciding buyer such as its material.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a comfortable easy-to-wear buttonless cardigan that is reversable and can be worn several ways, this will be the perfect finishing touch to an outfit. I plan to gift it to one of my sisters for Christmas and know she will love its colors

Thanks to Hitop for this discounted item that I am evaluating freely.
